So my doc had me try this a few weeks back because he swore it helped lose weight.. the alleged effect is supposed to be appetite suppressant with high dosages...
after 3 weeks of 3300iu every 3 days and shit load of money spent on HCG... no change in bf% worth speaking of (essentially 1% drop)..
definitely not worth the cost

Did you stick to the insane 500 calories a day diet that's part of the protocol? Your doc just hosed you. Ask him for your money back, because that's all the hCG "diet" is about for these charlatans. There's not a shred of evidence that you'll lose any more weight taking the hCG than if you were just doing the 500 calories a day diet, alone. Sorry you got screwed.

500 calories a day hgc or not will strip weight off you.
