15.4% BF (according to the "egg".. I think its closer to 20+)
Body shape: small waist(but prone to love handles.. even with a flat stomach), big traps and front delts, hard chest gainer.. arms get big.. but never quite look right(bicepts get cut but are overtaken by my big front shoulders/delts)
