Hand crimped

I uncapped my vials to expose the rubber to withdraw and the cap doesnt recap. i cleared all metal that originally attached it to the vial but i jut dont feel comfortable with the rubber exposed to open air, also sometimes in storage my vials fall on their sides. I dont want my oil leakin everywhere. Is it normal for hand crimped vials to not re-attach and cap? I f**kin hate when i grab them out of storage and they are on their side..i feel like i may have lost oil, jut enough to not notice with my eyes.

Does anyone else have this problem or should they recap?

yeah man ive got the same kind of vial.. popped the top off and it wouldnt reseal.. itll be fine, the rubber stopper shouldnt allow anything in to harm it... as for your stuff falling in storage, the only advice i can give is to be more careful.. i put mine in a box and set the vial in the corner and secure it in with a pair of sterile latex gloves..
