I'd drop the eggs here and do a protein/complex carb meal. Brown rice, yam/sweet potato, etc.

Again, no carbs here, and this is your pre-workout meal? Any reason why?

Here's where i'd drop the carbs and start doing protein/fat meals. Also, what does your salad consist of? Iceburg lettuce, or good greens like spinach? What about dressing - i'm sure you use some, what is it? No macro's listed for it
