    critique my cutting diet please.

    Hello. Im 23 years old and i wanna get cut for the summer. I just got done bulking and i am currently at 175 lbs and around 12% bf. i calculated my tdee at 2917. I have developed the following diet please feel free to critique.

    Meal 1
    1 whole egg + 8 egg whites P-54g C- 8g F- 4.5g
    Oatmeal (1 cup) P- 2g C-42g F- 6 g
    Total Meal 1 P-56g C- 52g F-10.5g

    Meal 2
    2 whole eggs P-12 C-0 F-9
    6oz chicken P-44 C-0 F-4
    Total Meal 2 P-56g C-0g F-13g

    Meal 3
    3oz chicken P-22 C-0 F-2
    6oz Salad P-4 C-6 F-0
    Casein Protein Shake P-24 C-3 F-1
    Total Meal 3 P-50g C-9g F-3g

    Meal 4 (PWO)
    ON Preload Creatin P-0 C-53 F-0
    Whey Protein P-48 C-6 F-2
    1 cup Brown Rice P-5 C-46 F-1.5
    Total Meal 4 P-53g C-105g F-3.5g

    Meal 5
    6oz Salad P-4 C-6 F-0
    1 cup Brown Rice P-5 C-46 F-1.5
    4.5 oz Chicken P-33 C-0 F-3

    What kind of oatmeal are we talking about here? Whole oats, or that sugary crap in the packets?

    Total Meal 2 P-56g C-0g F-13g

    I'd drop the eggs here and do a protein/complex carb meal. Brown rice, yam/sweet potato, etc.

    Meal 3
    3oz chicken P-22 C-0 F-2
    6oz Salad P-4 C-6 F-0
    Casein Protein Shake P-24 C-3 F-1
    Total Meal 3 P-50g C-9g F-3g

    Again, no carbs here, and this is your pre-workout meal? Any reason why?

    Meal 4 (PWO)
    ON Preload Creatin P-0 C-53 F-0
    Whey Protein P-48 C-6 F-2
    1 cup Brown Rice P-5 C-46 F-1.5
    Total Meal 4 P-53g C-105g F-3.5g

    Good!

    Meal 5

    Here's where i'd drop the carbs and start doing protein/fat meals. Also, what does your salad consist of? Iceburg lettuce, or good greens like spinach? What about dressing - i'm sure you use some, what is it? No macro's listed for it

    Meal 6
    Casein Protein P-48 C-6 F-2
    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter P-7 C-7 F-16
    Total Meal 6 P-55g C-13g F-18g
