Hi guys/ gals,
ok really want to concentrate on getting my legs up especially outer sweep and calves , i am an advanced trainer with many years experience a few lay offs here and there
i train 5 days a week 1 bp per day
2 days on 1 off 3 days on 1 to complete a week.
typical leg routine would be :
squats 4 x 12-6
leg press 4 x 15-10
hack squats 3 x 10-8
leg ext 3 x 12 pause and hold
usually by now i am too shattered to do hams so through hams half heartedly in somewhere else.
i dont think there is too much wrong with the routine,maybe i am just not hitting them with enough intensity
calves i mean to do eod, but often the too sore so end up usually only getting 1-2 workouts in a week
workout 1
seated calve raises 10 x 12 (30 sec rest)
workout 2
standing calve raise 10 x 12 (30 sec rest )
