Need help...preventing estrogen rebound

this is the first cycle ive had to use an anti e......im back down to the dose i cruise at which is 250mg test/wk.......i used 1mg adex/day during this cycle.....my question is how do i come off the adex.....just discontinue.....ween myself off slowly......discontinue and use tamox for a few weeks.....thank you for your help.........

NO!!!!! i did no research....im an idiot.....but thank you for your condescending reply................................now back to the topic at hand and ill give you a little more information....im 41yo....16%bf...285lbs @5ft9in.....ive used aas since late 80s.....my last cycle was in excess of 2000mg....my armidex was from an ugl so maybe it was underdosed....i do not know.....the point is for the first time ive had to use an anti e(armidex) and just wanted to know the best way to come off.....just wanted to see some different opinions than the way i was going to do it.......i did not start off taking 1mg a day.....i started at .5eod and went to .5 daily and eventually had to go to 1mg a day to combat water,bloat and puffy nipples....that dose worked and from what ive read on this board in the stickies 1mg is the maximum dose to be taken.....please reply only if your serious about helping me......thank you

also let me point out i have a physical at least every 2yrs and blood work 1-2 times per year.....so far all is good......i had a complete ct scan also last year of my complete chest and abdomen area.....all clear....no tumors or growths

1mg a day dose is high, if you have to get that high to fight off gyno switch to letro next time..

as far as for estrogen rebound i dont know too much on this subject and am interested as well...
