I'm not really sure what you're after, bro.
Of course T3 will help you cut.
I have been using it for some time. I experienced that while on t3, cardio will increase catabolic effect. Also dont just take minimum test to cover t3's cat effect. Go for a real test cycle and work out hard. T3 works good with cal def but keep it at 10% def otherwise you hit high catabolic line again. The key is to eat as much as protein and no fat and take enough carb to hit the gym. Good luck.
Yeah t3 works great but I agree with syd. Take a good dose of test and whatever else you want to run I ran it up to 100mcg ED that was a bit high for me felt weird all day backed it down to 75 ed and its working great but I think 50mcg would be good too.
The trick IMO is To get the diet down and not cut too many cal and still hit the weights like you are trying to grow thats what I did and I dont feel like I lost that much muscle if any.
im running 650mg of a t a week so that should suffice, my diet is -
65% pro / 20% carbs / 15% fat, around 2500 kcal a day, all based on my lean body mass.
im about 15 % bf now, wanna get to around 10 % and stay there.
thanks for the help mate, really good info, what were your side effects to t3, because yesterday i ran over 100mcg and didnt feel much, just sweated more than usual ?
T3 is good but when i run it at high doses so it actually WORKS.. i feel like total poo .. infact i prefer DNP over T3 any day.. i get better resulst and even though im sweaty/winded and hot.. i dont have the EPIC LETHARGY feeling that i get from T3 or T4.. both make me just wanna sit and stare at wat ever is in front of me ..
i know this isnt exactly common but i honest to god think it has something to do w/ ADHD.. i noticed a trend a few years ago from talking w/ friends .. a few.. who suffered from the exact same lethargy/"epic lack of energy" that i did .. also had ADHD and were taking adderall.. so im not sure how the pathways connect/reflect but fvck me if it all just doesnt match up

i know what your saying here, im trying to keep calories at maintenance and do cardio to drop into deffecit, ive totally took all white/sugary carbs out of my meals, and all im having is oats, wheat pasta, brown b ect...
how high did you run T3 ? because im not exactly seeing massive sides, just abit more flushed, and sleep was'nt as good. yesterday i went up to 125mcg, still not as 'aggressive' as ide like. I took it on an empty stomache this morning, see how that helps.
i suppose if your in a high state of calorie burning or a catabolic state which
T3 can do, youre gonna feel lethargic and a bit complacent i think, i dont really know much about ADHD though mate.
