Need help from retaining too much water

    I am currently running this

    750mg / week Test Cyp
    75mg / day Anavar

Also got some over the counter formadrol, i was told would help me lower the amount of water I hold.

Yesterday started my 3rd week. I feel like im holding water again (from previous cycles)

I gained about 10 lbs...strength is up of course.

But any tips on lowering the amt of water my body holds? This past week I have to admit I havent been doin much cardio (I am trying to cut)

Any info would be nice.....as I continue to do research.

you need an AI....get some arimidex and start with .25mg eod

bloat is from increase in estrogen...AI will lower your estrogen, therefore help the bloat and other estrogen related sides..

    There it is!

if the OP would lay out his diet.. i gurantee you it is laced n' loaded w/ sodium and probably quite a few simple carbs.. all which induce water retention. alot of people get all excited w/ aas n' eat a greater quantity of food but w/ this increased caloric intake they also acquire a greater volume of sodium and glycogen as well

Good call on the salt my friend. I admit I like to add salt on everything.

    Thank you.

I can run the arimidex immediately?

Yep, I definitely agree with the comment made about the sodium intake. I am definitely going to be cleaning that up ASAP.

dont go crazy w/ the AI (a lil is fine). Remember, estrogen is also your friend.. just watch your sodium/sugar intake and add a lil cardio and you will be fine

half that or .25mg EoD? beats me i dont really do alotta work w/ ancillaries (SERMS n' AI's etc) from my experiences it is far easier for me ton maniupate bloat via test dosage, other compounds (usually a strong DHT) and readjusting my dietary macros .. (like lowering carbs or cycling them)

So, lets say I lower my test dosage to 500mg/week. That would definitely help correct?

    Thanks a lot btw

i'd say YES but.. everyone is different and the one thing i have come to terms with is.. the more i learn the more i realized that "No one knows nothing about anything" and nothing is set in stone.. one person runs a cycle of dbol only n' pct and is fvckd for life.. while i .. (personally) have ran a cycle that lasted 2years pretty much straight and used a sloppy pct and recovered absolutely fine lol. so hell.. it could work for you.. or might have some sort of inverse affect on your sodium/proten pumps in your body and cause you to spontaneously combust ..

    hahah. yes thats def true.

Everyone is different and bodies always react differently. The basic rules of thumb are there, but not everyone has to abide by it. Like you, and be completely fine. Thumbs up to you then right.

Your right. And yea I'll drop it down to 500mg/week. I have good size, I'm just looking to cut up and the water I'm thinking is compromising that.

    Hopefully I wont spontaneously combust!
