Shall I just stop body building now?
1. I get slight pain on the inside of one of my knees sometimes after driving or crossing my other leg on it but it does hurt more when ever I got heavy on squats.
2. I have elbow pain on my left side inside and sometimes outside when doing triceps or chest exercises i nthe gym and a bit after but it never hurts any other time....
3. Sholder inpingement which I am having physio therapy for at the moment but I raelly do think it needs a scan and possible keyhole to fix it properly.
Shall I try deca+test at a very low dosage and keep to the really light weights, and physio therapy and stretches?..
I am really down and depressed and it is also making me angry and not pleasant to be around these days.
P.S. I take 1000mg of olive oil and 1000mg of Glucosomine+s a day.
