It is safe......however I believe there is a question on the form that asks if you are taking any drugs and if yes, then you can't give. Here's a link that answers some questions. It says on the 2nd page if you have ever injected illegal drugs you can never give.

Giving blood is safe.....

My father's HRT doc knows he does more than his HRT dose and knows he takes HGH amd tells him to still give blood.

You can go give blood even on aas..... once the blood is tested at the bank it will more than likely be thrown away. If you are giving it to lower your red blood cell count.... you're good to go. If you're giving it to help others..... it's pointless.
