So i talked to a trainer today an told him what goals i want to achive witch is pretty much 15-20 lbs of more Muscle he said 40% Protien 40%carbs 20%fat
i got the the 40's coverd but what im wondering is what kind fat acids should i add to my diet what would you recomend??
Trainer: said Olive oil and Omega
