I have injected once in my bicep will never do again. pain for about 3 days. really sore had a hard time curling at elbow for a week.

If you search there are quite a few threads about bicep injection pain. Some have no problem, but a lot just can't handle it. Ice it and take ibuprofen. It's going to hurt for a few days......

my 1st try was my last and only try..... couldnt do arms for a week... so it actually was a set back..

My arm absolutly killed lats night, had a rough nights sleep, but today its not to bad, didnt hinder me at the gym this evening so ill give the right arm a go tomorrow then back to shooting my quads after that.
