    help with diet, macros listed

    ok well I was told to list all the macros, so I used fitday, this is what I came up with let me know what you guys think, I know I need plenty of help with it and if someone could explain how to post a pic. so I could get yall to estimate my bf% that would be good.

    Meal 1) 5 egg whites
    Cal. 85 - Fat .3 - Carb. 1.2 - Pro. 17.9

    Meal 2) Whey protein shake
    Cal. 221 - Fat. 2.0 - Carb. 16.1 - Pro. 42

    Meal 3) 8oz chicken breast
    Cal. 443 - Fat. 17.5 - Carb 0 - Pro. 67

    Meal 4) Canned tunafish w/water
    Cal. 191 - Fat. 1.4 - Carb 0 - Pro. 42.1

    WORKOUT

    Meal 5) Whey protein shake
    Cal. 221 - Fat. 2.0 - Carb. 16.1 - Pro. 42

    Meal 6) 8oz chicken breast
    Cal. 443 - Fat. 17.5 - Carb 0 - Pro. 67

    TOTAL
    Cal. 1604 - Fat 40.7 - Carb 33.4 - Pro. 278


    If I can post a picture and get an estimate on my b/f then I can figure out my tdee, I know I need plenty help so go easy on me lol.

    23yo
    215lbs
    6'0"
    Working out for about 6 months
    Looking to get leaner, poss. around 190-200lbs
    I am going to start doing cardio ( Running ) about 5-6 times a week instead of 2x a week.
    Please let me know what else im missing or can improve. Thanks

    That is way to few calories. You are starving yourself

    Thanks noles, but how does everything else look, carbs, proteins? Is their any other foods you suggest? I'm not veggie fan at all so that's out the question lol., thanks again

    come fellas i know theirs something wrong with my diet, plz help.....another thing does the calories look right for the chicken breast? i seen other post where theirs were lower, mine came from fitday.com
