Hey guys, I'm a complete newbie here. Here's what I got. I'm 24 years old, 5'11", 192lbs. Overall I'm not cut, but have some size. I don't quite have a 6 pack yet either. I been doing a pyramid lifting routine mixing 3 days lifting and 3 days cardio for the past few months while eating around 2000 cals a day on cardio days and 2500 a day on lifting days. Taking celltech, nitrotech, omegas and fishoil. In the past 6 weeks I lost about 9lbs of fat and gained a little bit.
Now, with that being said, I feel like I want to see bigger & faster gains.
I take 20mg of linsinopril a day for high blood pressure. I'd like to start a 6-8 week cycle of test only but my biggest worry is the blood pressure.
I was debating a low dose of oral but the more I read, the more I hear it's a waste. I just don't want to blow my pump out. You only get 1!
