    Upright rows

I have read before that the shoulder and trap exercise upright rows and behind the neck presses are bad for the shoulders. So do you think upright rows are bad for the shoulders? Like that you can easily hurt and damage them?
For me it´s already too late cause my shoulders are kind of trashed. They are like clicking and stuff but they don´t hurt.

Any movement that you do properly will not result to injury.

This includes, proper form and weight and prevention of over training.

    agreed....

I used upright rows when my shoulder was in pain because that's the only movement that I could do with it.

For upright rows, I think rookies may have a little more trouble with wrists than shoulders
I like mine with a shoulder width grip and I nice trap squeeze.
