    Eating During Work

I will be working 3 12 hour shifts a week in a hospital this summer and I am wondering what you guys would do to keep calories in you during a shift. I will be on cycle (dbol/test) Keep in mind I will not have time to sit and eat something unless I am on break.

My plan was to eat something as I pulled up in the car to the hospital at 630am (probably brown rice and chicken)... sip on a high cal protein shake while working... Take lunch at Noon and eat more chicken and brown rice... sip on some more high cal protein shake while working... Then when I get in the car to go home eat a protein bar or something substantial... then go home and cook up a big dinner dinner.

I am also trying to see if it would be more beneficial to workout at 5am before work or 9pm after work.

    What do you think?

i work 12 hour shifts and eat 4 meals per shift but my job for the most part allows me to do this but also it only takes me about 5 minutes to eat,i dont worry about sitting around and socializing for 20 or 30 minutes my mine objective is to consume nutrients,if you will only be able to eat the meals times you stated maybe you could make you some homamade protein bars from protein powder, oats and natty peanut butter, bag em and carry a couple with you,as far as workout time personally i would workout before rather than after work but thats me. good luck bro.

Thanks... I got some good recipes from here on homemade protein bars, but it turned out more like protein bread. Still good though I'll give those a shot. Thanks for the help.
