    My cycle results...

    hey guys just started my week 7.

    My cycle so far has been:
    week 1-4 Test 400 and Deca 300
    week 4-12 BUMPED Test 500 and deca 400

    Earlier till week 6 i was doing one injection every week. (using 1' needles)

    Starting week 7 i split my dosage for tuesday (deca 200 and Test 250) and Friday the same (200 And 250) for a net of test 500 and deca 400 for the week...(i also have started using a bigger pin 1 3/4")

    i just did my first pin for week 7 on tuesday so the next half will be on friday

    As far as results so far:

    Ht:5'.75"
    Age: 26
    Starting wt: 157 lbs
    Current wt: 170.4 lbs
    I have gained 13.4 lbs so far

    I am eating a ton and clean. My strenght is going up consistantly and pumps feel better. But the problem is that YES i feel thicker but my muscles are not growing like i expected...my arms still look the same to me...and my calves are not growing like i was expecting....i was hoping to gain new noticable muscle by now...i dont look too bloated but im suspecting its the water gain making me heavier.

    When will i start noticing new DEFINED muscle coming in physically?

    when you fix the original problem, your diet. if you on week 7 without any notice of gains then your doing something wrong.

    post ur diet if u can and how many days u train etc... also what type of test are u taking
    how much body fat before and now

    well i eat 5 meals everyday.

    Here is a sample:
    oatmeal- preworkout
    Scrambled eggs + sprouted bread + protien shake (post workout)+ turkey bacon
    Lunch = Brown rice + chicken
    Evening snack- Green apple + organic peanutbutter + 2 bananas
    Dinner: Steak and potatoes

    I eat more than this but to keep it simple its within this range of these foods. Especially now im more hungrier than ever

    BF: 13 %
    Gear: Testoviron depot + 100mg deca amps (organon)
    Train 5 times a week 2 muscle groups everyday

    WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????

    Hey fellas...start posting...anyone used the same gear as me??? i see u guys lookin at my forum but no replies i've checked 4 times already...HELP ME please lol

    When you get off cycle and loose all the water weight from the deca because your probably swollen like the michelin man right now.

    And why the heck would you bump it up 4 weeks deep and not front load it... and what kind of test are you using that you thought it a good idea to only inject once a week?

    Must have read over the 4th post... obviously I must be the rook here since I take deca with 13% body fat and wonder why I am not defined... I totally forgot the above is the greatest cutting cycle ever!

    And to help you out, there are two main theories people go on. One is the way I train and posted for you which is front loading and the second is pyramiding. The way you described your cycle was neither.

    The issue with the way you posted your diet... yes it is clean, but you posted as if you are eating 3 meals a day and not 6 to 7 spaced out. You post nothing of how much sleep you are getting and how regularly and you don't post which 2 body parts you are working out.

    Some think that the correct way to train, IE the way I train is 1 body part a week. Not sure what you are splitting up to get 10 unique (2 at 5) unless you are doing the same muscle twice which many people think is fine. So like I said, either you are doing the same muscle twice, or you have a work out of Neck, Traps, Triceps, Shoulders, Lats, Chest, Middle Back, Biceps, Lower Back, Forearm, Glutes, Abs, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves split up in the most calculated way since a typical exercises focus on 2 or 3 of the above muslce groups. Also, for instance, when most people refer to legs they tend to work out Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves.

    I hope this helps put things in perspective. Even rooks like me know just the tip of the ice berg.

    lol wow defensive are we? I appreciate the advice but to be honest pyramidding is prolly the worst way to cycle...they are know to cause unstable blood level whichs would aggrivate and lead to more side effects

    as far as my cycle is concern long esters dont kick in till 4 weeks so i decided to go lower on the dosage but after week 4 i upped it. PYRAMMIDDING IS THE WORST WAY TO CYCLE. Check on it

    I disagree with pyramiding which is why i stated I do not do it. not many run low dosages until the esters kick in before they hike up the amount. they either run the same amount the entire duration or they front stack it to get the effects of said drug ASAP.

    well what do u reccomend big guy? i dont think im doing anything grossly wrong how do i grow??? wtf is happening. why is this not working and what do i need to fix it????

    Like I told you previously, due to the deca you will not notice defined gains until after the cycle and you loose the water weight.

    If you are looking to bulk up you need to eat more and more. You posted what you eat but you need to break it down to how much protein per meal/per day and also how many calories. When I was trying to bulk I was nearing 6000 calories per day. Its all focused in your diet and you need to visit the diet section so a pro can help you out there. I am not a pro in that and have my meal plans made for me... but you are on a bulking cycle so you need to eat for it... at the end you will want to cut so you need to eat for that. You seem as though you are trying to take a bulking cycle but you want to cut which means you are simply using the incorrect supplements.

    this is where u went wrong u shoud have split the dose from day 1. also if ur doing each body part a week mayb u want to change that a little and try doing one body part a week and if u want u can do chest twice a week for the first week, back twice a week for the 2nd week sholders twice for the third and so on, this works well for me its better than doing every body part wice a week every week. some people might say different but just give it a try.
    your diet is ok u should add red meet fish tuna.

    One of the first things you should read on here is that steroids is not a magic pill that gives you muscles. But anyhow you should deffinitly notice some results by now and if not then it could be the gear. Check your source

    The gear should be legit.

    Im using Deca 100 mg Amps from organon (pakistan)
    And Scherring testoviron depot (250mg/ml)

    i researched it and most people said good stuff so the only thing to do is eat more and wait it out

    Man you should probably eat 8-10 times a day. If your not noticing results up your caloric intake. Even if the stuff has a lagit lable you still may have been ripped off. You should notice some affects. I agree with oleboy you should have split up your dosage from the begginging but see if your diet changes help and then reply back

    I dont agree with your diet being that good Id like to see the macros for your diet
    whats yours tdee and how many calories over that are you consuming

    Im pretty sure its not fake first off i checked the packaging and the seriel numbers with the real thing and secondly its in glass ampules which cannot be faked easilly...i have been scammed with vials in the past but this time i was careful

    HAS IT TAKEN ANYONE THIS LONG TO RESPOND to deca??? is this normal or should i see sometihng by this weekend??? BTW I went up 10 lbs on my bench today...my bench just keeps gettting better and better...Where is the muscle????? AAAARGHHH

    Letme ask ya, How many cycles have you done? i might have missed your cycle history...But the reason I ask is that it may be takn your body alittle longer to respond..I've only done basic test, deca, dbol and eq cycles..nothing fancy..with the exception of eq i remember making good gains 14-17lbs off of 200/test,,200/deca cycles..Currently doing the same cycle but with prop thrown in..Gains in size for me??,,Well I'm in week 5 and no real gains but I'm looking more defined..(doing alot of cardio)..But my goal isnt size...Just wanna get more ummph sorta speak..Late summer I'll be aiming for size at 500/test and maybe tren..
    So again how many cycles have you done...sorry for long post...

    Jesus Christ man, calm down. Patience is a virtue.

    Gains don't come over night. You're not eating enough, plain and simple. You also should have divided up your doses to every 3.5 days, not 7.

    Also, by the sounds of it, you're overtraining your body. In my opinion, you would get much better gains if you were resting more. Remember that you don't grow in the gym.
