Is it possible to keep shooting the shoulders over and over

Running test e. Started out shooting quads. Hurt like a bitch.. only thing that made it tolerable was to do it on leg day then go big so both legs hurt for a couple of days and it kind of spread the misery around so to speak.

Shooting shoulders last 3 injects. Love it. Its almost painless during inject. Some soreness but more tolerable.

Can I keep shooting shoulders over and over without any ill effects or do I have to rotate?

Lastly I am considering doing glutes next. What is that like. Will I be able to sit for example. Will the inject itself hurt any more or less etc.

Shoulders for me are the easiest and very little soarness. Scar tissue will build up inside after a while. Glutes are the next easiest and usually not much soarness. Once in a while I will get one that is real soar for 3-4 days but not often. I've found that shooting higher up on glutes helps. Your not sitting on it all day with all your weight irratating it.

100%, rotating glutes and shoulders is the way to go. i hate quads. i always feel like im within a cvnt hair of hitting a nerve.

glutes are super easy, id say easier than shoulder. but shoulders are still my fav.

Honestly the more rotation the better, so as to not add scare tissue and better dissipation of the oil. Everyone has there favorites and Ive tried just about everywhere (never done forearms or traps tho). Favorites are quads, glutes, triceps, and delts. Biceps, calves, pecs, and lats I hate. To each their own.

Hey cherry Iv actually Bern reading bout why itsgood to rotate sites. 1. So you don't build up scar tissue. 2. To keep the muscle receptors fresh. Try glutes there easy as hardly any pain for me. I find the warmer the oil and the slower u inject makes it pain free... Good luck cherry!

you can if you want, I inject in all three heads of the delt (hit the front, sides and rear), scar tissue will come fast if you dont rotate,
