Please review and critique my next 3 months

I have already bought my anavar and I am out of funds for further aas. If some pros could look over my cycle, diet and workout that would be helpful. Looking to start in about 2wks. Please keep in mind that I am a fighter, I practice Tang So Doo. I am looking to get faster and stronger.

    Age:22
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight:167 (Goal:175)
BF: 18/20% (Goal: would like to be around 7/8% but I think that is unrealistic)

    Cycle 12 weeks:
    1-12 Anavar 100mg/day
    13-16 Nolvadex 20mg/day

    Workout:
I know I am going to get flamed like a queer for this one but I am doing the P90X, which is a 90day course. YES I know... before I get creamed, I have done it before with awesome results. It is a very effective routine. A mixture of pushups, pullups, and weight lifting. I have a weight vest that can be loaded up to 100lbs (never been able to get past 50lbs with reps). The way I look at it if I can do 250 pushups and 100 pullups (in an hour) with 100 extra lbs. Ill get pretty damn mean. I would think I can reach that goal with 12wks of 100mg.

    Diet:
    Week 1-4
    3:00 A.M. 50mg Anavar. Oats (1cup) w/ peanut butter (1Tbsp) and fish oil
    5:00 A.M. Cardio (50min cardio)
Post Cardio Omelet w/ cheese (fatfree) and salsa (one whole egg, two egg whites)
    11 A.M. Tuna (4oz.)
    Noon Workout
Post Workout Protein Shake (45g protein w/ 16oz. skim milk)
    5 P.M. 50mg Anavar
    8 P.M. Protein Shake (45g protein w/ water) and vitamins… lights out!

    Weeks 5-8
    3:00 A.M. 50mg Anavar, Oats (1cup) w/ peanut butter (1Tbsp) and banana
    5:00 A.M. Cardio (50min cardio)
Post Workout Omelet w/ cheese and salsa (three whole eggs) and protein shake (25g w/ 8oz. milk)
    10 A.M. Roastbeef sandwich (5oz.) w/ cheese and broccoli (1cup)
    Noon Workout
Post Workout Protein shake (45g protein w/ 16oz. skim milk) 4oz. peanut butter and fish oil
    5 P.M. 50g Anavar
    8 P.M. Protein Shake (45g protein w/ water) and vitamins… lights out!

    Weeks 9-13
3:00 A.M. 50g Anavar, Oats (w/ peanut b and banana) fish oil and 2 pieces of toast (w/ jam)
    5:00 A.M. Cardio (50min cardio)
Post Workout Steak and eggs (1/4lb ground turkey and 3 eggs (one whole) with cheese and salsa.
    10 A.M. Roastbeef sandwich (5oz.) w/ cheese, broccoli and peanut butter (4oz.)
    Noon Workout
Post Workout Protein shake (45g protein w/ 16oz. skim milk) 4oz. peanut butter and fish oil
    5 P.M. 50g Anavar
    8 P.M. Protein Shake (45g protein w/ water) and vitamins… lights out!

    Vitamins:
    Multivitamin
    vitC, VitE
    Panax Ginseng
    Chromuim Picolinate
Fish, Flaxseed, and Borage Oil (f*ckin nasty!)

Thank guys. Any and all advise is welcome

It's pretty simple I'm against taking steroids to cut down,

I personally wouldn't waste time destroying my body at such at young age to cut down a few pounds, if you want to cut down i'd use clen till you in reasonable range then jump on bulking aas.

If you can't cut down to 12-15% on your own you are gonna have a hard time down the road.. so gl.

and P90x works but it's for idiots who have never worked out in there life to follow guide lines,

you're better off just going jogging in morning pre-breakfast, and going to the gym in the pm's and doing weights + 30-40 min cardio pwo.

and drinking this much protein shakes is probably a waste of money and just a waste in general, food is 10x better.

    Pretty young man...

The cycle looks fine though... I would split the anavar up x3 per day rather then twice.

For the PCT, I would go (nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20) (IE) 40mg each day for weeks 1 - 2.

18-20% bodyfat and 170 pounds you have gto to totally change your body around before you start aas dude or even fighting! you are not ready for this i repeat do not do this to yourself! once you start juice man it is very hard to keep making natural gains and stay motivated when you know that the extra thickness you want on your legs are just a needle away. you are not far enough in your fitness career to do something like this

If you try it. Then you can bash it. I spent 5 years in the gym listening and learning everything I could and working like a mad man. I did the 90day p90x early last year and got alot bigger (not as strong but looks maters more IMO). Some of those routines have brought BIG gym rats to there knees (exaggerating of course).

I've done it, I followed 2 girls doing it every day, and they look amazing now, but my MMA routines are 20x sicker then that, and p90x dosen't bring me down to my knees, I don't believe half the stuff in it atleast for me.

and for the diets, they don't even have 1/3 of what I'm eating per day, I'd starve to death....

I agree and disagree. Ive been in gyms for over 5 years. I lost my job last year so I couldnt afford a gym membership. I have been inactive for a year and slipped BIG time on my diet. I am by no means a newb when it comes to fitness. I already am a fighter, just lost motavation with life after I lost my job. Ive got 2 kids to feed. That was very depressing. But Im ready to jump in with both feet!

My thoughts are that you are quite young and I bet if you really put your mind too it you could cut weight without the var. Also my fiancé did the p90x and it's pretty damn intense. Even the yoga was hard.

I commend you on wanting to make a change In your body and taking the steps to do it. I still say do a few months of p90x and clean eating and then reevaluate the idea of using aas at your age

There alot of different things that is done at a MMA class, there was 3 classes I went to every day, rolling(jitsu)striking(mui tai) and power & strenght conditioning + morning cardio + going to the gym for 1 hour every day working on a different muscle + cardio.

Rolling for 30-40 min per session = hardest workout you'll ever witness,
striking = alot of different movement types that you need to perform, while your instructor is either hitting you with a stick, his fist, or a weight ball....

strenght/power training, the instructor job is to make sure you can't walk out of the gym without a wheel chair, so fun times.

lol. Sounds pretty cool to me. I wish my town had an mma camp. Boxing, Karate, Tae Kwan Do and Tang Soo Do are my options.

and the good thing about going to classes as such is that you got someone to motivate you while your doing it, or you're gonna get either a side kick to the chest, or gonna feel what a bamboo stick feels/tastes like... and if the instructor on a bad mood you might even get a lucky clock kick to the head to make you pass out..

It is really fun, just really intense, it's not for the faint heart, I just know how to get myself into shape and so on, I never said p90x was bad, I just wouldn't do it, unless I have 2 hot girls with me.. or it just isn't happening.
