Meal 1: 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
32 gram protein, 18 gram fat, 27 gram carb
Meal 2: 2 Cans tuna
2 pieces whole wheat bread
44 gram protein? 25 gram carb
Meal 3: 6 oz. chicken breast/beef
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil
~30 gram protein, 12 gram fat
PWO: 2 scoops of ON whey
1/2 cup white rice
50 gram protein, 25 gram carb
Meal 5: 6 oz. chicken breast
1 cup veggies
~30 gram protein
Meal 6: 1 cup cottage cheese
28 gram protein 5 gram carb
Total macros: 214 gram protein, 82 gram carb, 30 gram fat.
any suggestions? I am going to do start doing HIIT cardio 3x a week after my workout. Should I increase my carbs or anything? I tried cutting last year but I plateaued at a certain point and stopped cutting fat, hopefully I can go down to 8% this year.
