    TestE/Var/Dbol (First cycle using juice). Dosage and timing questions.

    I am 23 years old. I have been out of the gym for over a year. Have spent 5 years lifting prior to last year (family problems). I will spend at least 90 days getting back into shape before I cycle. I have cycled before (oral only). Dbol cycles. I am currently 167lbs 18/20%bf. Before I was 170lbs 9%bf. Working out hard again for 90 days should be enought time for most of the muscle to come back. However, my goals for this cycle are to reach 180lb and reach a bf% of less than 8.
    My cycle 12 weeks
    2 week prior to cycle: Clomid 50mg/day Nolva 10mg/day

    1-12 TestE 500mg/week 250/250
    1-12 Var 100mg/day 50/50
    1-6 Dbol 40mg/day 10/10/10/10
    1-6 liv52
    12-14 Clomid 100mg/day Nolva 20mg/day

    Diet:
    wk 1-3 High Protein, High Carb, Low Fat (all clean of course)
    wk 4 Low Protein, High Carb, High Fat(Fish and flaxseed)
    wk 5-7 Very High Protein, Low Carb, Low Fat
    wk 8 Very Low Protien, High Carb, Low Fat
    wk 9-12 Very High Protien, High Carb, Low Fat

    Cardio: 60min 5day/wk

    Any advise is welcom. As far as the Var goes. Before I was well educated I bought it in bulk (25g powder(good price tho). So by god ima use it. So yes I know that there are better alternatives (or maybe not) but not using it is not an option. Live and learn. Thank you all in advance

    I dont think that you should set a time frame for when you are going to go back on.
    I think you could achieve the goal you want without the use of aas quite easily at your age and some would even argue that your too young to use aas anyway and that you should wait till your 24/25.
    You seem to have done your research about your compounds which is good but i think it is too many for a first cycle. Stick to the test and one oral only and if you run the var 100mg a day for 12 weeks is going to kill your lipids i would keep it to 4-6 weeks max

    Imo you need to spend the next 12 months training hard before you consider aas...

    Your bf% is to high, with that you run the risk of unwanted sides.

    Your also 22, this to means you run the risk of more lasting damage to such things as your hpta...

    Your PCT timeframe is incorrect. PCT shouldnt start unitl 2 weeks after last shot

    Why would you eat "low protein" or "very low protein"

    Replace all those with "moderately high protein, high protein, and very high protein"

    Protein doesn't need to be cycled.

    The dosages seem to be fine. I might scale the var back to 10 weeks though. It isn't AS hard on your liver as other orals, but it's still not good, and it will hurt your lipid profiles. Also you might want to drop the dbol, since your gains seem to be recomp and not all out bulking. 100mg of Var with a solid test base will do you just fine.

    Also, what's up with the pre cycle therapy. I've never heard of people using serms before a cycle.

    Get your body fat down to at least 15% before you cycle. You're a little young for a cycle. Safety first. Maximize your natural potential first don't think of AAS as a short cut. You'll hurt yourself. I mean your endocrine system. You'll achieve your goals if you eat right, supplement, and workout. A dbol only cycle isn't really a very good cycle. Count this as your first cycle and keep it really simple. Lower your BF, 500mg Test E per week for 12 weeks, rest about 15 days, PCT with Nolva and Clomid. Done

    Is that better. I want the "kick start" and the base w/var. Not lookin to change compounds just dosages and time.

    I wouldnt recommend running var over 6 weeks, esp when stacking in dbol with it. Its isnt as tame as the internet rumors lead you to believe on the liver. But most of all I hate how you take a year off and then want to juice? How bout train a year first and see where you are. Take advantage of muscle memory and quick gains for that year since you havent been working out. Jumping on gear is bad timing and sets you up for injuries as your tendons cant adapt that fast.

    And on top of all that, that is the most ambiguous and poor diet Ive seen. There are cycle diets, but thats not how they work and you havent laid out any specific foods or calories. Of course you will eat carbs, protein, and fat...thats the only things to eat..

    What is your height? 18-20% BF at 167 tends to point that you have almost no muscle and thus no foundation unless you are very short. Either way clean up your diet and focus on fatloss and getting back working out for now.
