I am 23 years old. I have been out of the gym for over a year. Have spent 5 years lifting prior to last year (family problems). I will spend at least 90 days getting back into shape before I cycle. I have cycled before (oral only). Dbol cycles. I am currently 167lbs 18/20%bf. Before I was 170lbs 9%bf. Working out hard again for 90 days should be enought time for most of the muscle to come back. However, my goals for this cycle are to reach 180lb and reach a bf% of less than 8.
My cycle 12 weeks
2 week prior to cycle: Clomid 50mg/day Nolva 10mg/day
1-12 TestE 500mg/week 250/250
1-12 Var 100mg/day 50/50
1-6 Dbol 40mg/day 10/10/10/10
1-6 liv52
12-14 Clomid 100mg/day Nolva 20mg/day
Diet:
wk 1-3 High Protein, High Carb, Low Fat (all clean of course)
wk 4 Low Protein, High Carb, High Fat(Fish and flaxseed)
wk 5-7 Very High Protein, Low Carb, Low Fat
wk 8 Very Low Protien, High Carb, Low Fat
wk 9-12 Very High Protien, High Carb, Low Fat
Cardio: 60min 5day/wk
Any advise is welcom. As far as the Var goes. Before I was well educated I bought it in bulk (25g powder(good price tho). So by god ima use it. So yes I know that there are better alternatives (or maybe not) but not using it is not an option. Live and learn. Thank you all in advance
