Hello all, I just became a member here at the forums after using this site as a research tool for a few years and it's nice to finally be a part of the forum.
Stats:
21 yrs old
5'8" 190lbs
15-16% BF
A month and a half ago I finished a 10 week cycle consisting of Test E and Dbol (kick start 1-4), and gained some good mass, but along with that came a good amount of bodyfat that im not too happy about.
I plan to start my summer cutter here in a month as June starts using Tren/Test Prop/clen.
My question was what should be my test prop to tren ratio? Ive never used tren before but have used prop.
Test prop: 350mg/week (50mg/ed)
Tren: 525mg/week (75mg/ed)
should i lower tren to 50mg ed as well or keep it as is?
I plan to gain a few lbs of lbm while dropping alot of fat
Diet with be rich with protein...around 2g/lb bodyweight and possibly 2.5g/lb depending on how i handle 2g
carbs will be around .50g bodyweight and fat .20
