    Advice on a anavar course

    hey i am new to this forum (sorry if i have made any mistakes on my post) and was looking for some advice on anavar. I have read the threads on anavar and tried to gain some information.

    Age: 19
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 81kg
    Bf%: 10%
    Cycle history: no cycles yet!
    Years training: 2years

    I was just woundering for my height and weight if it would be benifical to take 30mg of anavar a day for 4weeks?
    i train 6days a week mainly weights not to much cardio
    like most people i am wanting to try and gain some muscle for the summer.
    If i started the cycle would working out twice a day help at all or not be benifical? morning/night,
    i would appriciate any help on this subject.

    Trust me, you don't want to be cycling at your age, even something as mild as anavar.

    There are no short cuts in life, if you want to get in shape for summer,

    start dieting and hitting the cardio hard.

    I know a lot of people would say I was young to be cycling but would 20-30mg a day really affect me much harm?
    I know most people say you shouldn't do weight training more then once a day but if you where on a course would that still be the same?

    Yes. As for how much, I cant say. You are adding a steroid (to enhance growth) when the body still wants to grow naturally). Sure you will probably grow on roids (assuming diet and training are decent) but then, youre sort of effed later down the track as your body isnt keen to still produce the same amount of test it did before.

    And, despite if youre on a course or not, you grow out of the gym, not in it. Working out a particular muscle is not recommended more than twice a week, preferably once and really smash it. On gear or off.

    Hope this helps and I dont come across as a naysayer. If youre still keen, spend 2 days reading all the posts you can.

    I have been reading a lot of anavar posts on here but most posts seems to be people taking 40-80mg courses and just wanting post cycle information,
    I am still thinking about taking a course of them but definetly going to look into it more before deciding,

    dont make the mistake of overtraining, you will kill all your gains!

    4 to 5 times per week is more then enough - this coming form someone who trained 6 days a week and wondered why he got no-where. Just burnt out with ****ed shoulders

    try this

    Day 1 - Chest
    Day 2 - Legs / calves
    Day 3 - Off
    Day 4 - Back / Biceps
    Day 5 - Off
    Day 6 - Shoulders / triceps
    Day 7 - Off

    Very intensive training, no more then 1 hour to 90 mins in gym, cardio and abs 3 times per week!

    you need time to recover even on the gear
