1) Use Aromasin.
2) Stay around 10% bodyfat.
If using nandrolone or Anadrol, option 1 won't work for the bloat they cause, so you either have to deal with it, or get creative (reduce salt and carbs, sweaty cardio, stay lean, etc)
^yea I do manual labor almost every day that takes care of a lota my cardio. 2 birds 1 stone.

I'm in tx. I used to do trim work on big ass houses. That included puttn the floor in the attic with safty rails for the HVAC guys. And install the attic stairs. Before sheetrock.. I feel ya on that TX heat
