    List your top 5 fav things to do to Decrease Bloat.

    Just looking for options.

    I've seen so many different things to do...just be like

    1. Reduce sodium
    2. Reduce simple carbs.
    3. Run an anti estro
    4. Sweat my ass off.
    5. AM cardio
    Hope to check back and see sum stuff I can learn from.

    1) Use Aromasin.
    2) Stay around 10% bodyfat.

    If using nandrolone or Anadrol, option 1 won't work for the bloat they cause, so you either have to deal with it, or get creative (reduce salt and carbs, sweaty cardio, stay lean, etc)

    I feel ya on #4. I did a crap load of manual labor this past weekend putting a fence up at my parents house. I was sweating hard outside for 2 days in 90 degree weather. I noticed my body on monday and was like damnnnnnnnn

    ^yea I do manual labor almost every day that takes care of a lota my cardio. 2 birds 1 stone.

    i am in and out of attics all day in texas heat..heh.. not much cardio but i sweat my ass off

    I'm in tx. I used to do trim work on big ass houses. That included puttn the floor in the attic with safty rails for the HVAC guys. And install the attic stairs. Before sheetrock.. I feel ya on that TX heat
