OK, since I'm willing to post on the board, that means I need to show who I am... so here goes! I'm 31, 5'10, 200. Never used AS. Decided to try and get serious about training in the last two years, and even more importantly, get my diet under some discipline since I now realize I was eating very poorly. I've weighed 200 previously but it wasn't good weight, and so I dieted down to 175. Didn't do it the best, lost a bit of strength along the way. Rinse and repeat, now back up to 200, but stronger than I've been. Bulking at the moment (for another month) and then spend a couple months trying to lean down for summer. Hopefully all will go well! Learning more and more how to do it right all the time.
In any case, here goes- btw, I have no idea how to pose!
