Hi, i'm new to this all... I have zero lifting experience just extensive cardio.
these were my lifts today, I just want to know if i was doing the right thing because i feel well, i feel like i put in the work! My body reacted well...
Pull ups - 2x20
DB Curls - 2x5 40 pounds
3x5 30 pounds
BB Curl - 2x 30 pounds
3x 40 pounds
DB bench press - 2x 30 pounds
3x 21 1/2 pounds
Pull downs - 5x5 120 pounds
I wanted to do bench but i didn't really have the confidence this was my first time in the gym... next week![]()
I am 136 pounds and I'm trying to bulkup... So is this a good 'start'? Like I struggle to put my headphones on my head lol, but it's a good feeling not a ache.
