Was flipping a 900 lb tire today at the gym, came up on second flip and heard a crackle in the left bicep region. Tendon, DAMN!!! Nothing came undone, torn, just extreme pain, hurts to rotate my forearm. I'll be out for awhile now, I did this to the right one 3 yrs ago and took a long,long time to heal. Good news is this time not quite as bad, but bad enough to keep me from doing anything back or biceps related for a month I would think. Stupid me, ws trying to do some dumbass shit because guy i was lifting with did it. No more strongman stuff i dont think
