Guys i need help I'm fatter then life and i need to get my diet in check
1. i need a low carb diet( those seem to work the best for me)
2 I'm at 252lb and I'm fat( I'm not posting picks)
3 My diet now is a sea food diet not working( so I'm not going to post it)
Goals
1 get motivated
2 get to 200 lb
3 keep most if not all of my muscles
Work out
5 days a week
not much cardio( be easy on me i have no motivation)
Supplements
test prop 350mg wk
eq 600mg wk
hgh 4ius daily and 5/2
i have clen but i cant sleep on it
i have albut but i cant sleep on it( this makes morning cardio hard real hard)
Kynoselen every day starting today
b12 every 3rd day starting today
Work schedule
worst of all i work 6 days a week from 8-5 Monday - Friday and Fridays + Saturday nights 10:30pm to 3:30am
Like i said be easy on me i also drink just on Thursdays 3 beers tops
