    Never thought i would post here...

    Guys i need help I'm fatter then life and i need to get my diet in check

    1. i need a low carb diet( those seem to work the best for me)

    2 I'm at 252lb and I'm fat( I'm not posting picks)

    3 My diet now is a sea food diet not working( so I'm not going to post it)

    Goals

    1 get motivated
    2 get to 200 lb
    3 keep most if not all of my muscles

    Work out

    5 days a week
    not much cardio( be easy on me i have no motivation)

    Supplements

    test prop 350mg wk
    eq 600mg wk
    hgh 4ius daily and 5/2
    i have clen but i cant sleep on it
    i have albut but i cant sleep on it( this makes morning cardio hard real hard)
    Kynoselen every day starting today
    b12 every 3rd day starting today

    Work schedule

    worst of all i work 6 days a week from 8-5 Monday - Friday and Fridays + Saturday nights 10:30pm to 3:30am

    Like i said be easy on me i also drink just on Thursdays 3 beers tops

    I would reccomend you try and structure your diet yourself with a little help.

    I suggest a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet, with carbs tapered off towards the end of the day.

    Structure your diet with 6-8 meals throughout the day, and choose a protein and carb source for each meal (Keep carbs out oflast meal). I will add a list below. Worrie about adding fats if neccesary l8r.


    Protein

    Chcken Breast
    Flank Steak
    Tuna
    Fish
    Eggs
    Whey Protein (1 meal per day)

    Carbs

    Oats
    Rice
    Sweet Potatoes
    Potatoes
    Yams
    Lentils
    Wholemeal Bread


    the list goes on and on, these r just a few quick examples

    research other diet threads man.. dont tell me ur that laszy to move ur fingers nd eyes...wow.. if u dont have a proper diet..and ur "fat" and over 20%bf .. u should not be taking steroids! especially a cycle like that.......nd the beers on a cuycle......hm....
