Cycle 2, trying to cut with little success

A little background. This is my second cycle, test cyp 500mg a week. I am also taking ldex .25 eod. I am currently on week for. I am trying to cut, but can't seem to drop the weight.

    Age: 26
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 215lbs
    Years Training: 7
    BF%: 15%

I sprained my lower back about a year ago and got out of the swing of things.. Have been able to workout consistently since last December.

My goals on this cycle are to cut.

Now, I am currently on week 4 of my cycle, and I started the Dave Palumbo keto diet about a week ago. For some reason the scale isn't moving, up or down. I have uped my cardio, 45-60 minutes on non workout days, and 30 min after my workouts on workout days. I do cardio every day. I am doing a 4 day split:

    Mon: Chest/Tri
    Wed: Back/Bi
    Fri: Shoulders
    Sat: Legs

My diet is basically a cut and paste of his suggested diet plan, although I cut the calories a bit:

    Cal Protein Fat Carbs Description

    Meal 1 326 34 20 2.1 5 Whole Omega 3 Eggs, 1/2 cup Egg Whites
    Meal 2 450 50 28 0 Whey protein shake, 2tbsp Almond oil
    Meal 3 515 51 33 0 6oz Chicken (or other lean meat), 2tbsp Walnut oil
    Meal 4 455 50 28 0 Whey protein shake, 2tbsp fish oil
    Meal 5 521 47 34 6 6oz steak, 1 cup broccoli
    Meal 6 450 50 28 0 Whey protein shake, 2tbsp Almond oil
    2717 282 171 8.1

I have done Keto diets before, but never on cycle. I am registering on ketostix, so I seem to be in ketosis. However, I do see myself becoming leaner, but it is also possible that the test is just making me harder and more pumped giving me the illusion of being leaner. I have clen/t3 on hand, but want to make sure I am doing everything right before I throw them into the mix.

Anyone with experience with doing keto on cycle have any suggestions?

i just came off the keto diet and started the 40/40/20 and a cycle of test and deca. I read and was told that the ckd is better for cutting. carbs is needed when bulking up. Just eat lean protein , good fats and good carbs and you should get a lean bulk. Its slower depending on your calorie intake. Do alittle more calories as fuel and up the cardio on your none training days and youll be golden.

Well I don't want to bulk, I am just using the test so I can go calorie deficient (about 500 under TDEE) and do a keto without becoming very catabolic. My main goal is to shed, and I would much rather see the scale go in the opposite direction, =D.. Now, I probably should up the cardio on non workout days. Should I extend my cardio session, or do two? One in the evening, one in the morning?

Have patience. Week four is just when the test is kicking in and just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean u aren't losing fat. Remember core fat is the last to go. Takepictures every week or so so it's easier for u to see the results.
