Im 27 years old and doing my first cycle. Been working out for about 3 years now on and off but I tend to fluctuate in weight. Never really hard core. I recently had been slacking on the workout and let myself get out of hand. I never had a six pack or anything. Anyhow, i'm now training with a friend whos got a lot more experience then me and thought I should let members here see the progress. I dont have pictures of the wheels sorry and will try to include them later. Tell me what yall think!
