    3.5 weeks into sust only cycle for a fat guy

    Im 27 years old and doing my first cycle. Been working out for about 3 years now on and off but I tend to fluctuate in weight. Never really hard core. I recently had been slacking on the workout and let myself get out of hand. I never had a six pack or anything. Anyhow, i'm now training with a friend whos got a lot more experience then me and thought I should let members here see the progress. I dont have pictures of the wheels sorry and will try to include them later. Tell me what yall think!

    the black shorts were before the beginning of the cycle, the blue, 3.5 weeks into it. Let me know what yall think.

    I think you should have gotten your diet in order, as well as a solid training program. Then you should have proceeded with those two for a few years to build a solid base.

    All of that before AAS.

    Just my opinion

    stop all that shet u doing an have ur pct
    go learn how to make good diet
    an learn how to plane real workout+cardio i think ur very lazy in gym
    an to be honest u doing a very big problem to ur body by this way

    Agreed with all of the above. Not to insult you, but you don't look like you've ever been inside of a gym. You should definitely not be on any AAS. My best advice is to get over to the diet section and get that worked out, then get over to the workout section, post up your routine and let people help you out with it.

    Is all about the diet man, even AAS wont do much for you unless you got the diet in order, your BF% is up there.
