i have done alot of research via doctors and internet but cant get any real advice...this isnt a big deal but dont want to waste time or money

stats..

181lbs
37 yrs old
12 bf
lifting 5-6 days wk for yrs
clean diet with plenty of cardio..mostly HIIT, BUT run a few miles a wk for heart..
get bloods checked every 3 months..everything good but total cholesteral 219..no biggie

currenty on

.15 hcg
.10 hgh
.20 somarlin
50 mg dhea
and a test cream...all 1x day..all doctor precribed for low everything issues and lyme disease...anyway

i have 200mg/cc deca 10cc
and 50 anavar pills 50mg..what should i do?..and what should i expect as result..

Whats the dosage on your cream and what was your test and free test numbers for your last test

What are you looking to accomplish?

I'm no expert and someone will probably set me straight but it doesn't look like you have enough test to run deca unless your running it in the 100mg a week range. I don't think I would even attempt to run deca with using just a test cream. A 10cc bottle isn't going to last very long at cycle dosages anyway. Even at just 200mg a week your only going to see 10 weeks.

basically what im asking is should i run var alone or add deca in 200mg every 5 days..or start with deca for 10 wks and start var last 5 wks of deca and run it for 7wks..this way i will be in var for 2 wks after deca last shot...i dont want to hold any water for summer thats why i am asking if i should even use deca at all....i can run var 7wks alone...

Like Bob said, you don't want to be running the deca with a cream or gel. Can you get the doc to switch you out to injections?

200mg/wk of deca is probably where you would want to be. However, you want at least an equal amount of Testosterone to compliment it. You don't want the dreaded deca dick because you didn't have enough "T".

The Anavar should be fine. However, I'd objectively try to get the other two items dialed in first and on track, then integrate the Anavar into the mix shortly thereafter. The stuff is pricey but effective ... If it were me, I'd get the most bang for the buck with it by having everything else spot-on before hand. Oh ... Wait a sec, that is me. The routine mentioned above is pretty much what I am doing at this time. I just started the Anavar this past week.

Can you tell us more about the HCG dosage (iu's)?

my hcg dose is .15 ed...11000iu bottle says..that ok

also what schedule do you thing i should do with var and deca..shorter the better..and the BIGGEST QUESTION..WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM IT..LEAN?SIZE?...WHEN I DID DECA/WINNY I GAIN 10LBS AND GOT HARD...I HATE WINNY!!!...NEVER AGAIN..IM LOOKING TO HARDEN UP AND NOT HOLD WATER FOR SUMMER..I COULD LEAVE OUT DECA IF HAVE TO...THANKS

If the cream works the go for it. I personally don't like the stuff (as most on this forum will concur), but if you're good with it then proceed.

If you're looking to just keep it lean and clean then you would probably be better with just taking the Var and scrapping the deca. Depending on your diet and workout, you should expect to see some nice strength increases, along with a noticeable change in your physique w/more vascularity. You should be able to retain these gains for quite awhile too.

Surprised to hear your disappointment with the Winny. Usually that would be a good choice for doing the things you're looking to do right now.

my doc says the cream is only good if taken with hcg..not sure why, when i did winny/deca i got strong and gained a like 10 lbs and was veiny as all hell, but it hurt going in, gave me acne all over and killed my blood panel...

i think the acne was the worst part and i was onnly taking 25mg inject a day..

SO...DIET IS VERY CLEAN..do cardio daily HIIT FOR FAT LOSS AND RUN A FEW MILES 2X A WK FOR HEART...LIFT VERY HARD also 5x/wk..every six wk change routine so i dont level out...

so u think var only..never have taken it before i here good things..think deca would bloat me up?..i should weight till summer over..its just stairing at me in cabinet..lol..
