Appreciate your help in
I'm on my last 2 weeks of Sus 250 and I gained a little too much stomach fat during my cycle. My diet is listed below, so any suggestions would be great. I'm also wondering if I can switch over to toning anytime soon, and if so, when would be a good time to do so.
lastly, I'm been taking 1/2 doses of propecia each day to ward of any hair loss. Should I increase my dosage during PCT and if so, when can I stop taking the propecia.
My PCT is also listed below for comments.

My current diet;
pre-workout
- 2 scoops of low carb whey
- 1 serving of low sugar oatmeal
post-workout
- 2 scoops of low carb whey
Breakfast
- 6 egg whites
- one banana
- 1 serving of 1% milk
- one yogurt
Morning snack
- 1 low carb protein bar
- 1 serving of fig newtons
1st lunch
- fish, chicken, or london broil
- steamed veggies
- sweet potato (or similar)
2nd lunch
grilled chicken on whole wheat bread, lettuce, 2 slices o swiss, low fat mayo
afternoon snack
- 1 low carb protein bar
- 2 scoops of low carb whey
30 minutes of carido
Dinner
- salmon, grilled chicken, or sirloin
- steamed veggies
