Don't forget the Multi Vitamin and Vitamin C.

A basic supplement pyramid (probably forgot a few things...):

..........///////Prohormones/Metabolites\\\\\\ - additional support for recovery
    ......../////////Creatine/ECA Stacks\\\\\\\\\\\\ - cutting/bulking choices
    ......///////////Free-Form Amino Acids\\\\\\\\\\\ - glutamine, BCAA, ...
    ....////////Whey Protein/Protein Powders\\\\\\\\\ - increased mucsle growth ability
    ..////////////////Multi Vitamins, EFAs\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ - additional nutritional support
//////////Whole Food Sources and Water\\\\\\\\\\\\ - the basics

In that pyramid - Vanadyl would fall under Prohormones/Metabolites in priority. Flax would fall under EFA's.

    whats up
i just read that you shouldnt take creatine and glutamine with protein shakes at the same time b/c they would be "competing for absorption"... if this is true how do you space them all out post workout? the dude who said it was pretty knowledgeable so i dont know
