first of all sorry if i take your time and thank you for reading this.
Im 29, 190cm tall, 97kgr. I trained 2 years, quit for 1 and then restarted for 1 year now.
Im at around 105 - 110kgr bench press, I train 5 times a week and i'm only using a 90% isolated protein.
Thinking to start a mild cycle (as mild as it can be). I have to say i'm not a bodybuilder and i dont want to become one. I also dont want huge sides so I chose to run an oral cycle only (no flaming for that please I only need a small advice)
Here is what I'm thinking about:
week1: Turinabol 30mg ED
week2: Turinabol 40mg ED, Anavar 30mg ED
week3: Turinabol 50mg ED, Anavar 30mg ED
Week4: Turinabol 50mg ED, Anavar 30mg ED
Week5: Anavar 40 mg ED
Week6: Anavar 30mg ED
Turinabol effects are actually stopping at 4th week or mid 5th so pointless to run it more than that. Ill keep the var as low as possible to avoid the libido issues.
PCT: Nolvadex 40/30/20/20 Week7 to week10
Together with the above: 6000mg tribullus Week2 to Week10, Vitamin C 1000mg Week2 to Week 10, Vitamin E ED, Liver protectors ED, 200gr isolated protein ED, NO pre work, omega 3 ED, Flax seed oil ED.
Ill keep my diet at around 3000 - 3250 kcal with low to mid carbs and high protein.
My goal: Get some lean mass, get leaner in general. No problem if i keep the half gains.
Questions: 1) libido and testicles situation will be bad? If yes anything to add? 2) PCT seems fine? Do I need Clomid or HCG?
