around 100-150 weekly. it helps to go to costco and buy certain things in bulk like red meat and tuna, whole wheat bread ect.
I shop at Sam's Club.
Cod loins x4 bags = $40
Plain Oatmeal 2Lbs = $10
Egg white beaters x8 = $14
Smoked turkey breast double package x2 = $14
Miniwheats double box = $7
Jewel - Sweet potatoes
Thats not a bad price list uber.

yea i really need to get a sams club membership. im trying to get more creative with my meals because eatting eggs, potatoes, and chicken gets old. i became an awesome griller though. i appreciate the input. what are you favorite meals? im very limited on time because i work 9 - 7pm and the gym closes at 10pm. and no im not gonna wake up any earlier lol.
