Can someone give me there idea of a cutting schedule, right now I am thinking of something like 4-5 days a week with 3 of them being 30 min. of weights and 30 min. of cardio the rest of the days. Anyone got a good schedule for me? thanks

whats your workout schedule as for Heavy/light weights?
now if you are doing heavy weights like 2-3 days a week, its not recommended cardio on those days
do cardio on days that you are working with light weights.. recommended is 30-45 mins high intensity, if you are looking to loose weight
dont stop eating, eat regalur and bun calories
