hi i was wondering how to calculate my calorie intake

333 lbs.
BF- 30%
i need to really cut my weight.....
i was 365 3mos. ago but it seems i cant really drop any more....
ive been 333 for the last month and my eating habits did not really change...
no diet specificly just been eatin clean but now feel time for a real diet....
i dont know how many calories for me to take cuz i heard if i had high BF i should do my math diff but i dont know....
Sunday- Rest
Mon- chest / stairmaster 30min
Tues- back / elliptical 40min
Weds- legs/ no cardio
Thurs- shoulders/ stairmaster 30min
Fri- biceps and calves/ elliptical 40min
Sat- triceps and abs /stairmaster 30min
Please Help....
