What's best for Gyno and Water Retention? Nolvadex or Arimidex?

Arimidex is for reducing overall estrogen in the body, in turn reducing bloat or other estrogen sides.

and Songdog, I did read the profile section, that's how I knew about the 2 drugs, for me I just found them overlapping a little bit and wasn't sure if I needed both or one, and which was better for what I was looking for. Looks like both. Man, you guys get snappy on here sometimes, LOL, what's the pill for that?

i understand the use of nolvadex for PCT, but isn't it safe to assume that you will not have any gyno problems during cycle if you are running arimidex (0.5mg e.o.d.)?

Well, it's possible. You need to remember that estrogen is not all that bad, it has it's place in building muscle. So wiping it out completely is not wise.

I'd prefer to avoid gyno problems using nolvadex.

I would run an ai like exemestane during cycle and use the nolva for pct.
