Now i worked out my BMR and i think its at 2141.2
3-5 days in the gym a week would multiply that by 1.55 and leaves my tdee at 3318.2

4 or 5 egg whites, 1 yellow
Whey protein shake something like 30grams of protein
2 Flaz oil capsules
Add 1/2 cup oats to this meal
Meal 2
I would imagine the chicken breast or whatever meat is at around 6 oz
Maybe some sweet potato or pasta or brown rice
Not maybe, definitely!

Meal 3
Whey protein shake again around 30grams, its 24 grams per shake but i take 1 and a bit sometimes
Add 1/2 cup oats to your shake
Meal 4
Steak or whatever good protein meat
Sweet potato or brown rice or pasta with some veggies
Good meal!
Meal 5
Peanut butter sandwich
2 Flax oil capsules
Not a good meal at all. Drop it completely. Do a protein meal, keep the flax oils and add fiberous veggies cooked in olive oil
Meal 6
Casein protein shake before bed
Add 1-2tbsp. Natty PB (see, you still get to have your PB!!!)
Sorry i have no macros up but im studying for exams and am finding it hard get the time to do both macros and studying!!
Keeping in mind my goals, just have a look at my stats and diet!! all input welcome
