I am new to gear and i have some questions. I am 5' 10", 203lb, 16 %bf. I workout 5 or times weekly. All I am taking for supplements is Jack3d and protein. Im trying to gain some mass but i want definition more than mass. This is the biggest I have ever been. I do interval cardio every time I workout (burn about 600 calories in 20 min.)
Here is what I was told to do for gaining definition and dropping fat. Let me know what you guys think......

If injecting is a problem go with orals but to me its a waste of time if you really wanna get huge injection is the way to put 30lb of muscle in 12 weeks
