I lurked around these pages some time ago studying up and taking in all the knowledge of the members have to offer. Always bowled over by how misinformed I was about workouts, diet and, of course, steroid use. I was lifting pretty good there for awhile. Got married. Fell apart. Getting divorced and raring to go again.
I'm 44--no puppy, but have never cyceld B4. I am looking for some guidance for future future plans to do so. I want to get a few months lifting in again (getting close to where I left off) and get a clean diet in place B4 starting a cycle.
I reviewed som of the newbie cycles on this site and am looking at a 12 week cycle. I like the idea of implimenting Deca. My understanding it would lend some joint relief (shoulder gets the best of me sometimes).
When I approach new areas such as this I got no ego. I take to heart and mind what those who really know have to advise. So your direction is appreciated and valued.
