    Endurance athelete

Any suggestions on a good stack for off season muscle building? I am an endurance athelete.

I've done about 3 cycles in the past 2 1/2 years, then about 10 years before that.

I was thinking prop, tren but i read that tren is not good for an endurance athelete.

    My Stats
    Age:34
    Weight:173lbs
    Height:6'0"
    BF% 14%-16%
Years Training: Ive been training with weights a long time but not consistantly. I am a cyclist who rides all year long but on differant programs depending on the time of season. I'm trying to make a jump to pro but lack the strength in my legs & core. Upper body is fine and I will just maintain. I have a personal trainer who will coach me on the weight training and a coach who trains me on the bike regiment. Around November I need to drop my weight down to about 165lbs. but maintain my strength. So I will get my body fat to about 8%-10%. For now I need to bulk and strengthen my legs as much as possible.

Any suggestion for a year long program! My race season starts in febuary!

    Thanks in advance

kind of sounds like the average person who doesn't diet or work out, not a lot of guys here advocate steroid usage to make up for shortcomings elsewhere.

I dont really under stand your point. I train very hard on the bike and have had some success. I want to add serious size and strengh to my legs. My body fat gets down to about 8%-10% during season and my diet is great.

I' going to use prop buut dont know what to stack it with? Any suggestions.

This is not done during the race season. Your legs can't take the training, racing & weights. It's in the off season that you make a push to improve your strength.

Training legs 3 times a week is your problem. Train them heavy and intense once a week.
I really think your time would be better spent in the training and diet section.

At 6 feet tall 173lbs is pretty skinny, you can bulk up a lot naturally with good diet and training. Steroids are not the answer and will not work if your diet and training are not in check.
