thanks guys...i do the best i can...i am trying to get below 10 just as a personal goal..bf was done wiht a 3 spot caliper, kind of week..i wanted a 7 spot..but best they had for now...here is another pic...i think i am close to being under 10...soon!!!

tricep, chest and flank area....i also have a handheld omniron(think thats the name)...
im dieting down to 175lbs..see what i look like at that weight for summer...
pics are taken at 182lbs...and im 5'9..so i figuire 175 lbs is not to far of a reach..i want veins in my abs..

Hard to tell based on the pics to be honest.
What throwing some guys off here, I suspect, is the fact that your abs and serratus are as developed as they are... but, I can see the thin layer of fat and water over 'em from the front and side.
Would be great to see what the rest of you looks so we can get a better picture.

always train whatever body parts you are training that day FIRST, you have most energy and strength to make best gains...then after training and have used up all your stored energy and broken down your stored glycogen you do your HIIT
3 WAYS IT CAN BE DONE
1- TREADMILL---WALK AT 4MPH FOR 1 MIN, THEN SPRINT FOR 1 MIN AT 8MPH, WALK 4MPH FOR 1 MIN THEN SPRINT 8MPH FOR 1MIN---BACK AND FORTH FOR 20 IN
2- TREADMILLL--- SET IT ON 3.2MPH-- START ON INCLINE OF 6 FOR 1 MIN, THEN INCLINE 15 FOR 1 MIN..BACK AND FORTH FOR 20 MIN
3- COMBO(MY FAVORITE)--SPLIT THE 2...10 MIN OF BOTH
THE ONLY MISTAKE IS PEOPLE DONT REALLY SPRINT, YOU NEED TO FIND YOUR TRUE SPRINT SPEED...IM NOT TO TALL SO 8 MPH IS FAST FOR ME..YOU NEED TO GIVE IT 100% SPRINT..WHATEVER YOURS IS
RESEARCH SHOWS DOING THIS AFTER TRAINING BURNS MORE FAT AND LESS MUSCLE THAN1 HR OF "TRADITIONAL" CARDIO....
