I know that athletes tend to have low bf%. They say for males your bf% should not go lower than 3%. Does this rule apply to bodybuilding as well? Also with a cycle someone will either put on a little fat or lose a little fat... the rule of thumb is to not have a bf% higher than 12%, but is there also a rule of thumb for the opposite end of the spectrum?
Thanks for the help, and btw I unfortunately do not have the problem of having a bf% that is too low so that's not why I'm asking this.
