Ive noticed that several people here eat the exact same meals every day. Do any of you develop food allergies or intolerances?
I haven't.... Certain foods start to get annoying.... Like I never knew I could get tired of steak or chicken breast but its happening.
I definitely get sick of the same food day after day. I try to make small changes to keep it fresh. I started adding some raw onion, scrambled egg and a bit of soy sauce (I know, the sodium) to my brown rice - it tastes like Chinese fried rice!
Little things like that can keep it from getting so boring.
When I diet it's the exact same thing at the exact same time everyday. With the exception of breakfast and I PWO drink I have done the same exact same meal (beef, broccoli, sweet potatoe) 5 times a day for 8 weeks straight.
Same thing, every day.
Never get tired of it.
I hear you - you know there is a definitive end in sight and that makes it bearable. I kind of wish I could tolerate a diet like this indefinitely though; it would take the guess work out and I wouldn't have to put SO much effort into my meals. I might actually come to find I have a kitchen underneath all the pots and pans!![]()
Yes - I eat the exact same thing everyday - all day, mainly because I never really cooked before so I don't know how to spice things up too much (which is a good thing actually! lol).
But, every meal is exactly the same, if I wake up later - I just eat some meals within a closer time span (instead of 2.5 hours, 2 hours), but I make sure I get all the foods in still..
Only time there's a difference - when I cheat =D with some fast food too =O..
