    Fat Loss Diet?

    Hi please let me know if this diet is good for fat loss, currently i am 29 height 177, wieght at 89KG with a BF of 23% would like to get down to at least 15% plz look at the attachment thats where my diet is.

    Forgot to mention i train 5 days a week.

    You should increase your fiber intake so that you are getting about 30 to 35 grams of fiber every day. Fiber aids in weight loss.
