    whats up with tren results/sides/kick in

    been on for almost 2 weeks, have noticed strength increase. i was just wondering when the side effects start to kick in, and when results will actually be noticeable?? thanks

    well whats your dosage and are you takin anything with it? alos stats and diet would better tell what results youll see.....

    this is my third cycle, first tren cycle. have used prop before tho.

    current is

    tren ace/test p

    75mg ed tren/150mg ed prop.

    my diet is pretty decent. i mean i guess it could be tweaked some but im not going to compete in ifbb or anything so im content with it. i just try to eat every 2 hours, which includes waking up in the middle of the night to eat, which has been extra easy since starting the tren!

    ive only had the waking up in the middle of the night thing and last night i didnt drink enough water after my workout so i was cramping up and as soon as i drank a hella lotta water it stopped.

    Maybe it's just me, but shouldn't someone on their 1st Tren cycle be at 50mg/ed?

    bro, be careful. i got sides right at about 3 full weeks in, out of no where. i would back ur dose down to 50mg ed. stuff is no joke

    x2. 50mg/ed is plenty IMO when first trying tren. 75mg is great for a second or third cycle, but for the first, not worth the sides and since your receptors haven't seen Tren yet, there's no need to flood them right outa' the gate.

    dont do this

    eat casein protein before bed, and whey as soon as u wake... but don't wake up in the middle of the night to get food, sleep is important for maximum growth brah

    agreed that is a terrible idea. waking up specifically to eat isn't ideal because you need rest

    Your cardio work is going to suffer on tren with being short of breath and all. But you'll gladly take that with what you will gain from it.

    on 100 mg /ml tren,,and sus250 stack? can i do 300 mg tren /750 sus250 a week ,for 6 weeks? also seen online that you'll lose alot of your gains with tren ? true ?

    ^^^ Start your own thread, but obviously you are not ready to be even thinking about tren, go and research some begginer cycles, then check your diet and training, then once you think you have everything tweaked start asking questions...
