Does your gym have a leg press? If so do them on that.

Heavy dumbbells and a piece of wood(or anything really) a couple inches thick under your toes will do the trick. Stand up on your tippy toes and do about 20 reps x 5 sets.
One legged dumbbell calf raises.
Or use a smith machine to do one legged with a barbell.
