    The Full Body Aches

I've been running prop 150mg/ml EOD for 8 weeks, I am 4 weeks in.

I've been going very hard, each lifting session is intense and I continue to add weight every time.

However, the only time I feel good physically is when I am in the gym. The rest of the day I am stiff all over. I feel like an old man, I'm slow sitting down, getting up, getting in cars.

Never do I feel nimble and quick, unless I am in the gym. I try to get rest as much as possible, I also lay around the house most of the day unless I'm at work. I know muscle rebuilds when resting so I try to take advantage of it. However when resting, like laying down before bed and trying to relax my muscles get tingly sort of spiking senstations, nothing really painful. But it feels like something running through my muscles and body.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences these things when training all out on a cycle?

I can relate. I often feel sluggish and lethargic, except when I'm lifting. Also have to be careful to not overtrain or lift too heavy. My wrists and shoulders hurt like hades.

Ya I feel a bit lethargic myself now that you mention it. Takes some good music to get me going it seems.

Yes, the wrists and hands and shoulders, hurting all day long.

This week I might switch it up to every other day workouts, see how that goes. It'll be tough, going to the gym is all I look forward to right now lol.

Sounds like how I feel ever since I hit 42 and it has only gotten worse since I started working out. LOL

I was hoping it would eventually make me feel better but nope, I am just more sore most of the time. I have to roll out of bed and cant even bend over enough to put my socks/shoes on for about 10 minutes. I feel almost normal about an hour after getting up and feel the best in the gym also.

Getting old sucks. It also sucks doing stupid things when you are young to blow out your back and have 2 surgeries. Makes you old FAST.

Still, with all the aches/pains I love the results and look 100% better than I did 2 years ago.

Sorry to hear all that bro, yes the physique changes come with the costs of pain.

When going to sleep or resting or waking up I feel this pain and tingling sensation. I tell myself it's my muscles growing, or my muscles using up my nutrients to grow. Whether I'm right or wrong it makes dealing with the pain easier.

Wow, had to bring this back from the dead.

I am currently on a Var/Tbol cycle and had this exact experience as my body adjusted to the compounds and lack of water. I found taking in A LOT more water was necessary to accomodate my workouts and lifestyle with AAS running in my veins.

It was much better the end of the second week from there on out. Currently in my 4th week and am doing great. Very glad to read, I am normal.

Except for the first week to week and a half I feel the complete opposite while running any test cycle. I felt the same as yall when I was on a-drol, tren and test, but I added another gallon of water a day and that went away. Last time I was on prop. (about five weeks ago) I felt like I could walk through brick walls. I think everyone here should check their diet and add water. You should get a feeling of well-being and youth while on test.

    Strong bump there bros lol

Anyways, I think maybe a week or two after this thread the soreness and achiness went away. I added some sterile grapeseed oil to my injections and it eliminated all the injection pain.

I then really started to feel like a beast, finished the cycle strong with a 12lb gain and dropped bf from 10-8%.

I have been reading through your posts on that cycle. I am researching my second one and am going to be doing a Test/Oral cycle and am looking at Cyp right now. I don't know for sure yet.

    Did you use an AI?
Did you have any gyno issues?
What gauge needle did you use (I seem to recall reading 25 but am not sure that was you)?
What other support did you have on hand for issues that could arise?

The reason I ask this stuff is because I will probably be over here in Iraq or Afghanistan and want to make sure I have everything I may need, on hand. It is not easy to get this stuff over here. Thanks

Did not use an AI, had no gyno problems whatsoever. I used 25 guage 1.25 inch for glutes, 1 inch for quads and delts. I had about 8% bodyfat on cycle so pinning quads was easy with 1" cuz there wasn't much fat to go through, muscle was right there.

All I had on hand was nolva and clomid
