your too young, dont use AAS yet
since im too young what should i take?
you can get more gains naturally at the moment, get a good diet plan going and train hard and you will see results, AAS are best used when you have reached your natural potential.
nice advice declan11! would have helped him alot jst saying 7 words, atleast explain why
I eat plenty of food that's not a question I have about 3000 cals a day and i have been bodybuilding for 3 years. I went to a competition and got creamed by the guy in 1st i need to gain 20-30 lbs over the summer to even come close
breakfast:
1 cup oats
1 cup egg beaters
2 helpings pumpkin
2tbsp peanut butter
snack:
handful baby carrots
6oz chicken breast
apple
1oz almonds
lunch:
8oz salmon
1 cup brown rice
mixed veggies
handful cashews
pre-workout:
2tbsp pb
2 slices ezekiel bread
banana
1 scoop whey with water (only time i drink a shake)
post-workout/practice:
serving of turkey meatloaf (400 calories)
2tbsp cashew butter
mixed veggie salad with ff dressing
pre-bed:
1 cup cottage cheese with blueberries
handful of pistachios
cup of broccoli
the diet COULD be much worse..
maybe your training isn't working for you ?? (in addition to a heavier diet)
maybe the exercises/routines you are doing dont really work for you, or maybe you have become used to them? try changing it up, new exercises?
How long have you been on this diet? That is the key question. You need a year+ with this diet and a good workout routine and you will see significant growth and keep them. Dont be a rush to do AAS, you can really do more harm still than good.
Read the sticky notes on why you should not cycle under 24. Why take the chance of screwing up your natural testosterone levels and possible shutting yours down permanently when it's at it's natural peak for the next few years.
yeah man sure if thats the kinda thing your into
